We built this neighborhood around Bethke Elementary, Poudre
School District’s flagship, state-of-the-art new elementary
school. Additionally, to stay connected
closer to home, we will build a pool with
clubhouse and fitness center at the very
core of the neighborhood. All this, and
spectacular views, too.
