Metro District...

Timnath Ranch is located within the South Timnath Metropolitan District. The district owns and maintains all open space and other common area amenities within Timnath Ranch. The District will own and operate the community center and pool when it is completed. The District also performs all functions related to architectural control and covenant enforcement. To fund operations and pay for Timnath Ranch amenities the district levies a tax of 35 mils as well as collects an annual fee of $500. For more detailed information, click on the following links.
